You need to have a microphone and Team-Speak 3 (TS3) to be recruited.
We use in-game chat and TS3 for communications, so please have these setup also.
As we are mostly social, you will also need at least one tier V, tier VI, and tier VIII tank, to enjoy the wide range of tank assets our Group Members have in the Garage.
Oh, and some spare time to roll out with any of the team online at the time.
