The Second Artillery Corps (TSAC) (第二炮兵部队) is the strategic missile forces of the People's Republic of China. The SAC is a major division of the People's Liberation Army that controls China's nuclear and conventional strategic missiles. China's total nuclear arsenal size is estimated to be between 100 and 400 nuclear weapons.[1] The SAC is comprised of approximately 90,000-120,000 personnel and six ballistic missile divisions. The six divisions are independently deployed in different military regions.
