Hi my name is Brittany. I came to inform you that I just happened to be walking by and well, I noticed that your grass is just a little too gosh darn long! I know that you just moved in and are getting settled into our little suburbia HA HA, well we like to run a tight ship on the Brit-Tanic HEHE if I, the vice president of the Kharkov HOA. I really do sympathize with you that its rough moving buuuuuuut if I bent the rules, especially for newcomers we'd be an Alabama trailer park in a WEEK wheezing laugh anyways I will be back by after I finish my neighborhood compliance check. If that lawn isn't cut when I get back I'm really sorry but I am going to have to fine you I knowwwww. I don't make the rules but make any check directly payable to the HOA and thank the stars that the first offense is ONLY 750$. I will also be back on my evening patrol to make sure you have the mandatory paid admittance except for board members neighborhood bonding events. Welcome to the neighborhood!
