Το Δελφικό Έψιλον είναι ένα αρχαιοελληνικό σύμβολο (κλείδα) που σχετιζόταν με την μύηση του ανθρώπου στο φως. Για το λόγο αυτό βρισκόταν στον Ναό του Απόλλωνα στους Δελφούς, όπου τελούνταν η λατρεία του Ήλιου (ο Απόλλωνας ήταν θεός του Ήλιου).
Συγκεκριμένα είχε τοποθετηθεί τρεις φορές (ξύλο, χαλκός, χρυσός) στην κορυφή του αετώματος της κεντρικής ανατολικής πύλης του ναού, μαζί με το "ΓΝΩΘΙ ΣΕΑΥΤΟΝ" στην κάτω αριστερή γωνία και το "ΜΗΔΕΝ ΑΓΑΝ" στην κάτω δεξιά του ιδίου αετώματος. Η προέλευση του συμβόλου και των φράσεων αποδιδόταν στους επτά σοφούς.
