Dünya, tank tutkunu oyuncuları bir araya getirerek eğlenerek WOT içinde gelişimi ve başarıları paylaşmayı hedefleyen ve bu konuda gayret sarf eden oyunculardan oluşan bir topluluk oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda;


(1)- Klan kurallarına uyulur.


(2)- Discord (ve/veya klan mesaj panosunda belirtilen alternatifi) kullanımı (müfrezelerde) gereklidir.


(3)- Mümkün olduğu kadar günlük seferberlik görevlerinin yapılması ve/veya müfrezelere katılım beklenir.
