Swój szlak bojowy zakończyła 10 maja 1945 r., biorąc udział w operacji zwanej „praską” w rejonie Mielnika, niedaleko Pragi. 4 Brygada Pancerna sukcesy militarne osiągnęła walcząc na podstawowym jej sprzęcie, jakim były czołgi T–34.
