About
Historia i tradycja oręża 16 Pomorskiej Dywizji Zmechanizowanej sięga początku XX wieku i wiąże się z tworzeniem w latach 1919 - 1946 regularnych jednostek armii powstania wielkopolskiego. Duży napływ ochotników z Pomorza i Kaszub do formowanej 4 Dywizji Strzelców Wielkopolskich spowodował, że 16 sierpnia 1919 roku dywizja otrzymuje nazwę Dywizji Strzelców Pomorskich.
Jej pierwszym dowódcą mianowano płk. Stanisława Wilhelma Skrzynskiego.
Na bazie 16 Dywizji Zmechanizowanej powstaje 16 Dywizja Pancerna, której trzon stanowiły 1 i 58 pułk czołgów w Elblągu i 55 pz w Braniewie.

Changes of position
No change of position recorded since Wed, 14 Oct 2026.
The site has followed this roster since Wed, 14 Oct 2026: the member count, the joins and the leaves start then, as nobody knows who left before it. A join is exact: Wargaming lists it with the roster. A departure or a change of position is dated by the refresh of the roster that noticed it. Time in the clan is Wargaming's own join date, exact however long ago.
